1. Who we are

KawnMedia is an independent media production house that creates documentary films and educational content. This privacy policy covers our publishing application (the “App”) and this website.

2. What we collect

• TikTok account authorization token for the KawnMedia team account, stored on our own private server.
• The connected account’s display name and avatar, used only to show which account is connected.

We do not collect personal data from viewers or from any other TikTok user. We do not operate user accounts or sign-ups.

3. How we use it

Solely to publish KawnMedia’s own films to the KawnMedia TikTok account at our request.

4. Where it is stored

On KawnMedia’s private server. It is never transmitted to any third party other than TikTok’s official API endpoints.

5. Retention

The token is kept until the KawnMedia team revokes access or deletes it.

6. Your controls

The account owner may revoke the App at any time from TikTok: Settings → Security & Permissions → Manage app permissions.

7. Children

This website and the App are not directed to children under 13.
